Zander Thoth
Born with severe mental disorders and dismissed by everyone around him, Zander spent his early years perceived as dangerous and delusional — but what he saw was real. Sent to a mental institution at 14, he escaped and was forced into a death game on Suicide Island against 500 participants. He was the sole survivor. Trained as a perfect assassin afterward, he eventually killed his handlers, found his way home, and chose to carve out his own legacy — targeting Hayley Page.
History
Zander was born with schizophrenia, bipolar depression, and several other conditions. Doctors medicated him heavily rather than treat him. His visions — inherited from his father's experiences with dimensional tears — were dismissed as delusions, but Zander knew they were real. He stopped taking his medication. At 14, his school had him committed to a mental institution, which worsened his condition. He escaped. Shortly after, he was forced against his will into a game engineered by Gil Doughty — 500 people dropped on Suicide Island with one rule: survive. During the game he was attacked in his sleep by a woman named Isabel Kaian, who slashed his throat and then crushed it with a rock, permanently damaging his voice. He was forced to kill 21 people to survive. He befriended a girl named Hannah, the only person who truly understood him — until another participant killed her. The trauma turned his hair white. After two years, he won. The game's true purpose was revealed: to find the perfect assassin. Zander was taken to a secret facility and trained in a martial art called Jocen, mastering it under Gil Doughty. He later killed his handlers and spent three years finding his way back to his father — only to discover his father had died by suicide. Rather than seek revenge on August Page, Zander decided to create his own legacy, ultimately setting his sights on Hayley Page.
