Obsessed with proving himself better than his sister Sugar, Candyman created an entire realm — Candyland — to rule over. He is one of two people known as the King of Medical Magic, alongside Willy Wonka.
History
As a child, Charles was always ignored by his parents because he wasn't 'special' like his sister Sugar. Fed up, he wandered into the forest and found a house where an old woman promised warmth and food — unaware she was a bloodthirsty witch who trapped children to cook and eat them. She caged him, but Charles escaped. He later returned, trapped the witch himself, and discovered a magical candy cane in her house capable of creating candy. He used it to build Candyland — his own realm to rule. Shortly after, he was diagnosed with a fatal disease and poured himself into finding a cure, eventually creating the Chocolate Fountain of Life. His studies led him into medical magic and a partnership with Willy Wonka, who shared his obsession.
