Celestia Moon Page

Celestia Moon Page

Raised as the Princess of England, Celestia spent her entire life resenting the crown — not because she didn't care for her people, but because no one could ever see past the title to the person underneath. On her 17th birthday she ran away to find the world she'd always been denied, stumbled upon the book I Told You They Were Real, and was pulled inside it.

History

Celestia is the daughter of Natsumi Moon and Rupert Moon, raised as the Princess of England. From childhood she was desperate to leave and see the world, but her parents insisted she stay for the sake of the people. Every person she ever met saw only "Celestia Moon, Princess of England" — never just Celestia. She didn't want the crown. She didn't want to be treated like royalty. She wanted to be a person. On her 17th birthday she had finally had enough and ran away, leaving the palace behind. While wandering she stumbled upon the book I Told You They Were Real — and was pulled into it, beginning an entirely different kind of life.
